A nice apartment complex, however, some units are close to the electrical powerline, which can increase the risk of cancer in children. I rented the apartment in COVID time without having a chance to see the apartment and after a week of moving in, I realized the problem and requested to move to another unit even though it was very hard to do so. The management made me pay a transfer fee on top of the moving cost that I needed to pay because they did not let me use the elevator, which was close to my unit, and the, second elevator was almost a block away. I don't believe that I should pay any of these costs as these were their apartment problem.
