DO NOT RENT IN THIS SMOKING BUILDING. HVAC has major issues. It's dirty. The building mgr is AWFUL, just AWFUL. Maintenance will charge you for things that are not your responsibility to repair (leaks, appliance failures, etc). Policies are set in place to ensure bullying is encouraged & rewarded amoung the elderly. HORRIBLE place to live (unless you smoke). Many stay inside their apartments because of the rampant bullying, causing elderly isolation. So sad. Managent needs ro rethink their annonmous tattle-tail policy. Truly causes depression, anxiety, isolation & expidited death. Lots of stealing goes on too. Amazon orders, storage units emptied, even clothes out of the dryers! No GOLDEN YEARS HERE!
