Before you sign a lease make sure you receive EVERYTHING in writing. We have been notified that after 4 years of living at Korman of the following: 1- No toddlers are allowed in the pool. 2- No floaties 3- NO children are allowed to play outside of the apartments... So, why not then make Korman an "Adult Only" facility? What are we to do with our children? Maybe they should add a note to their lease that states "NO CHILDREN ALLOWED"! If you have children I DO NOT recommend Korman to you.
