This place was always a trash can concealing itself to be better than what it is. Living here a while was ok at first but management was always awful and nasty. The woman in the leasing office gives the place an impression that's not forgettable. The apartments down the street have people that seem more satisfied than here. They treat elderly and disabled people here horribly poor. No matter who you are they look down on you. Somehow they feel they're good enough to keep raising prices on the place. The second floor creaks so much it sounds like the floor will cave in. Maybe that would constitute the price hike but no, even maintenance is tacky. Cutting corners is definitely the best way to make one feel safe living here. Make sure not to break the cheap toilet seat or you'll have to replace that and 10 more things out of pocket even though it never said that in the lease. Landscaping is choppy and looks like a beginner rushed through but whatever that wasn't ever top priority. Laundry room is icky, the washers probably haven't been cleaned in a decade. I'm tired of this place. The ONLY good thing about this place is space storage and the location. Otherwise it's just like living in a trash can. I was here for the bedbugs and they took forever to do anything about it and maintenance blaming people like they wanted them when they're just trying to avoid responsibility. Philadelphia is 2nd if not 1st for bed bugs. They should take more responsibility. Hate this place.
