Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Maintenance is extremely slow, and dishonest to boot. The majority of their staff does not care about the service that they provide whatsoever. I, like other people, was told that my utility bills would cost $50-75 dollars a month. I have at times paid over 5 times that in a single month for a two bedroom apartment (which is nowhere near within my means). Certain occasions have taken maintenance 21 days to actually come to my apartment. If you know your rights and are prepared to continuously have problems, this is the spot for you. Expect to have both maintenance and management deny any possible issues you may be having with their "family" at the Grand.
