This property is under ( Emess Managament.). I would like to Expose a SCAM with them? They will find a way to keep 95% of your Security Deposit. I was a Good tenant there and lived alone there for 4 years. When I moved out. I cleaned the rugs and left the apartment in good clean condition. I had to email the offices of Emess about my Security deposit.I got a response. Not at all to my liking? They CHARGED me 750.00 for a Complete carpet replacement. I tried to Comply with the Standards of moving out and All I can say is Emess is a SCAM. They own about 13 properties. Stay away from Any Emess properties. They have some nerve to sent the intrest check once a year on your Security Deposit of $0.79.Please stay away from Emess properties.
