I did not enjoy living here. The sound insulation is terrible. I can hear the telephone ring across the hall and quiet conversation from the other bedroom even with both doors shut. The first month we had a mouse and our patio door wouldn't lock. These problems were fixed immediately and we have not had a problem since. I would say the two major drawbacks are parking and the noise.
