Thanks to Ryan (the property manager) and Steven (the maintenance manager), my overall experience with Radcliff House was very good. Ryan was responsive and helpful during my time in this apartment, particularly during a stressful move transition. Steven is probably the best maintenance person I have ever dealt with and UHC should thank their lucky stars for both of these wonderful employees. The building is old and, there is no other way to say it, really ugly on the outside. However, the apartments are huge and very livable. I had no issues with noise, insects or cleanliness but UHC would do itself a favor by updating the appearance of the outside of the building and hallways. You can't beat the location of the complex but parking and trash areas are definitely a problem. Rent is much too expensive for these apartments, but again, if location is your priority, chalk that up to knowing that's what you're paying for. Overall, I'd give the property managers an A+ but UHC (the owner of the property), gets a D. If you choose to live at Radcliff, deal with Ryan and Steven and you'll have a positive rental experience.
