As a first year graduate student entering the "real world" and looking for my first apartment, I was a bit overwhelmed. Since the beginning on my inquiry the Radcliff leasing office was very helpful. One plus is they allowed us to move in on a date other than the 1st or 15th of the month, and pro-rated the first month's rent. They also worked well with us as tenants to do some paperwork over email and were lenient and helpful, qualities not found at all organizations. The apartment itself was very big and it was cleaned and in operating order when we moved in. All maintenance requests were responded to professionally, usually in less than 24 hours. I never had to call to follow up on a request and I appreciated whenever I called the main number during hours of operation, a real human answered the phone. Even though the property managers changed three times in less than 9 months, the transition was barely noticed because the office staff was exceptional about keeping tenants up to date and providing timely notices. I always felt safe and secure, and I never had an issue with noise or rodents. The interior of the residences are kept clean and the staff is friendly. A great place to live and a real value for the money as compared to other options!
