I was a bit overwhelmed when originally searching for an apartment in close proximity to Villanova. I decided on the Radcliff House after completing an exhaustive search touring various apartment complexes in the surrounding neighborhoods. For me, Radcliff stood out for its well-kept units, spacious community areas, safe atmosphere, and friendly faces, such as Ryan Mann, the Property Manager. It has certainly delivered in these areas and more during my time as a resident. I have loved living at the Radcliff for many reasons. For starters, the location is great-not only because it is a quick drive to my school, but also because it is within walking distance from the "college town" area where I like to shop, and it is nearby several SEPTA train stops that I use to get into Center City, Philadelphia. The building's amenities have also served me well; I enjoy a fully equipped and clean gym, and a convenient laundry room with plenty of machinery. Lastly, the Radcliff staff go above and beyond to meet my needs. They are responsive to service requests, keep the property tidy and secure, and always offer kind smiles and "good mornings" in the hallways. Ryan Mann, the Property Manager, is extremely attentive, and is always receptive to any request that we have in our apartments. If you email Ryan, you can expect to receive a response within twenty-four hours-this was a huge advantage to living in Radcliff. One time a staff member stopped everything he was doing just to let me back into my apartment after I locked myself out. I know this employee had plenty of work to get done, but he took the time to help me instead. It is small acts of kindness like this that I will look back on fondly; both the staff and Ryan have really made the Radcliff stand out from other apartment complexes I have visited over the years, and I am grateful that I had such a positive experience at the Radcliff House. I give the Radcliff House my highest recommendation without reservation, and know I will miss it when I relocate to Center City for work after graduating from law school.
