The Radcliff House has been a wonderful place to live over the last three years while I completed law school. Ryan, Stephen, and the rest of the team do an exceptional job with managing the property and efficiently take care of anything that needs to be done with respect to the apartments, the property, or helping their residents. The level of service I have received over the last three years is unparalleled in my mind. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! You will not find another apartment in this area that is as spacious and well maintained as the Radcliff House for the price. We looked at several places that cost about the same in terms of rent, but none could touch what the Radcliff House has to offer in terms of space and upkeep (i.e. inside apartment space/appearance). You will easily pay the same or more for an apartment with less space in this area that is nowhere near as nice or accessible. The outside might be dated, but the apartments inside are spacious! Great location! Only a 5-7 minute drive from school and anything else you might need. One of my favorite aspects of the apartment is the apartment's location to beautiful neighborhoods to walk/bike through. You can also walk the vast halls in the winter (which I did a few times while studying for finals). Also, the close distance to the Septa (Rosemont Station) and Amtrak (Ardmore Station) allowed me to travel to Lancaster, Philly, D.C., NY City, and many other places for interviews and leisure time. Also, the Philadelphia International Airport is a quick $40 Uber ride down the I-476. Did I say… Great Location! The grounds of the property are kept up nicely and any snow will be promptly removed. Stephen also helped me jump my truck battery a few times as my truck sat here for several weeks over the long winter breaks. Even the Cable guy Russell is awesome, and the service offerings from Hotwire Communications are reasonably affordable for what you receive. Overall, I have really enjoyed the last three years here. The Radcliff House was my sanctuary that allowed me to study in peace (#StudyHub), get away from the stressful environment that is law school, and enjoy/explore the community around me. I truly attribute part of my success in law school to just living here. Finally, the Main Line as a whole is an awesome area to live, and you can't go wrong with choosing the Radcliff House as your new home.
