My experience at Washington Gardens has been up and down. The apartments are roomy but if you don't have enough things to fill it, you can have your own running track. If you don't like being cooped up in your apartment, look for another place.

Friendly environment. Well maintained facility. Many families enjoy the pool and picnic area. The garage is a plus for winter especially on cold snowy days. Management very professional when concerns come about.

Clean, spacious, more affordable than other apartments in the area, has all appliances you need, great lighting, large closet spaces, garage parking available and affordable, small gym available, but no overnight guest parking on property.
