Hello, we are sorry to hear of this negative experience you had here at Valley brook at Chadds Ford. If you were impacted by COVID 19 we would be willing to work with you on the buyout fee, which is determined by the Pennsylvania Apartment Association and not management. Please let us know. We wish you had brought many of these issues to our attention, we could have tried to resolve them rather than have you leave on such unhappy terms. Our gym is being renovated and all the old equipment will be replaced with new equipment. Unfortunately construction has been delayed due to Covid-19. Lastly, in regards to the Rottweilers you mentioned, this is the first that we are hearing of these restricted breeds being on the property. This is why we ask anytime any residents see something to make sure they let the management team know so we can get the issue resolved. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We wish you all the best in your newly purchased home.
