Mainly good. Rounds need to be kept up much better. Too many tenants with pets that do not take care of them. Even with a dog park, many tenants do not clean up after their dogs.Trash and recycling could be Kept up much better.

The development is nice. The staff is nice and courteous. The gates are frequently broken. The snow removal leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of people don't pick up after their pets. The "bark park" is a joke.
