Palermo Realty Apartments

My mother recently passed away. By dying, Palermo insists she "broke" the lease. Therefore, they are forcing my 83 year old grandfather (who cosigned) to pay over $1000, and to pay to keep the electricity on until Palermo can have another renter move in. That is the penalty my family has to pay for my mother DYING. I helped move my dead mother's belongings out of this apartment complex. There were piles of dog crap on the back stoop from one of the tenants never cleaning up after her dog, the ceiling leaked water every time an upstairs tenant flushed their toilet, and you can see drug deals going on in front of the apartment if you look out the window. The building was disgusting, the only reason my mother lived there was it was all she could afford living on disability. Just look at the 5-star reviews, how many of those do you think are written by friends/family of the Palermos??? If you want to be taken advantage of, like my mother and grandfather, then do business with Palermo.
