We stayed at this place for little over a year and in short I do not recommend this apartment complex unless you are ok dealing with charges you were not responsible for! Sequence of events : 1. Cleaned the apartment really well 2. Made it the way it was before our move in. 3. We saw a 400$ charge after vacating. 4. We called the management and asked the reason and they said it is for odor remediation. 5. When we vacated there was no odor, we are non smokers and have no pets. 6. The management never offered us a walk through after they found "odor" in the vacant unit. 7. Instead they charged us. Very irresponsible of them! 8. Now we are stuck with an unfair charge of 400$ for a perfectly clean and well maintained apartment unit. 9. Either they use people of different ethnic group as a scapegoat to stereotype them or something else that is beyond me to comprehend as to why would you get charged for something which you were not responsible for! Overall very sad and insulting!
