Dear Resident - As we have discussed numerous times we did not authorize an event that was not within the state gathering guidelines. We have to trust that our residents will follow the guidelines specified in their contract to reserve amenity space. Also we have the amenity space cleaned numerous times a week including an extra deep cleaning after said event. We made a company wide decision to shut down our amenity spaces again due to heightened COVID cases in our state. This was not a site team decision - this was a corporate management decision after carefully considering the states rising numbers. The last thing our teams want to do is shut down amenity spaces for our residents, however, in an abundance of caution and until the numbers begin to decline again, these spaces will not be in use. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes anyone, but believe this decision is in the best interest of our residents and our staff. - Keva Management

Office staff is super friendly and made moving in a breeze! There were carts to help and a spacious elevator. I've already met two of my neighbors and they both were extremely friendly and even helped me move some stuff in!
