We are sorry that you have experienced a problem with noise from neighboring businesses over whom we have no control, and we will look into your complaint to be sure that the neighboring business is operating lawfully. As for your statements about discrimination, please be advised that Madison Apartment Group, L.P. complies with the Fair Housing Act, and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding fair housing, in all of its property management practices. Madison Apartment Group, L.P. prohibits its employees from engaging in discrimination on the basis of any protected characteristics or activities, including but not limited to race, in all leasing, management and other housing practices. If you have a specific matter to bring to our attention, please come to the leasing office to discuss the details. We take allegations of discrimination very seriously. If an allegation of discrimination is made, we conduct an investigation, and if we identify any issues that need to be addressed, we will do so immediately. In specific response to your suggestion that renewal rates are set based on race or other protected characteristics, we respectfully but emphatically state that you are incorrect. All rental rates for apartments are established by a pricing software system that calculates rental and renewal rates based on a formula that factors in certain market conditions, including market demand, but not including any personal characteristics of the resident in question.
