Units are updated and beautiful. The common areas are also very nice and if not for covid we would likely use them more. Office and maintenance staff are quick to fix any issues. We are very happy with the apartment, facilities, and staff.

The Point has a variety of lovely apartments. The grounds are well kept. The staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful. They offer activities for the tenants on a regular basis. Best of all for me, it's quiet.

Office management is great - the buildings hide no sound - too many things disappear as in packages. The amenities are nice but you really don't get to use them - limited capacity at pool and in the fitness center.
