We are very sorry to hear that your experience so far has not been a positive one. We do our best to provide our residents with an easy move-in experience and top notch customer service. Our on-site team worked together to immediately address all issues that were brought to our attention in a timely manner. The Property Manager and Regional Manager were in contact with you several times throughout that process and to our knowledge all items were fully resolved. With regards to your mention of undisclosed fees, all fees are laid out prior to a resident's decision to rent and were shared via e-mail during the leasing process. All fees are additionally outlined in the lease agreement for your review prior to signing the lease. Our Regional Manager has attempted to contact you several times to discuss further follow up, but we have not heard back from you. While we appreciate constructive feedback on areas where we can improve, it's important for the conversation to remain professional in both directions. Unfortunately, our site staff has felt belittled and mocked while trying to assist you. Regardless, we stand by our commitment to your satisfaction, and we hope that we are able to respectfully resolve any matters you feel have not been resolved. While I believe you have misrepresented a lot of information on here, it is clear from your powerful words that your experience has been very negative and that our service has let you down. Thank you for submitting a review. We appreciate your feedback as it allows us to better ourselves both as a team and as a company. We understand that many of the renovations are not fully completed. Unfortunately we were delayed due to the extended winter this year, however, we assure you that all projects are now moving along at a much faster pace to compensate for the lost time. The pool, which we fully resurfaced and painted, looks absolutely beautiful and is ready to go for Memorial Day this weekend! The exterior repairs to the buildings and brand new landscaping are both almost halfway done and are offering a much fresher look throughout the community. The dog park and children's playground will be done within the next month or two for residents to enjoy. We do believe once everything is completed, both inside and outside, that residents will be extremely pleased with the finished product. Our goal is to provide you with a place you are proud to call home, so we appreciate your patience while we work to do so! We would also like to address your mentioning that staff members are entering without notice. Our leasing staff contacts every resident via phone, email or letter if entry is going to be needed for any reason. Should there have been a case where this policy was not followed, please contact the office directly so we can discuss this further.

We completely understand that the current condition of the property is somewhat less than appealing and we do apologize for its appearance during the transition. However, we assure you that great things are in the works! A lot of the previous landscaping was overgrown and not well maintained throughout the years, so it was decided to remove everything and start fresh. We look forward to the completed project, as we believe you will love the new look! With regards to anyone entering your apartment without notice, we always flyer the community whenever a contractor or a member of the staff will be entering. If there is an emergency that requires entry, we always call to inform you we will be entering so you are aware. If there was ever a time we did not, we would be happy to discuss this with you. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We can certainly understand your feelings regarding the property's current appearance. However, Willowyck is in a transition phase with several ongoing projects in the works to help bolster its overall appeal. We understand that the landscaping is looking a little worse for wear at the moment, but the removal of the shrubbery was necessary to make way for a fresh new look. We have actively started replanting last week and hope to have it fully completed by June. As for the renewal increases, please note that this would come with the option to fully renovate your apartment, including brand new wall-to-wall tiled bathrooms, faux wood flooring, and new kitchens in some apartments. We hope that you choose to see the positive in the changes that are on their way and choose to stay a part of Willowyck. We very much appreciate your honest review and we're very sorry to hear about your negative experience since the change in ownership. We understand that increases are unpleasant, and we're offering our residents several renovation options, such as brand new kitchens and bathrooms. We do run a business, but our business is really only made successful by taking care of our residents and is much more than just the dollars and cents. It sounds like our renewal notice and offer of renovations may have come across unfairly and without appreciation for your residency. The new owners are very interested in speaking further with you to try to make it right, so please contact the management office so we can address your concerns directly.
