Before I moved to High Pointe (nothing High about this Pointe), I told the office staff that I wanted a unit on the end to avoid having noise on all sides.
And they made me wait an entire month to get this end unit.
Much to my surprise, even though I am on the end, there is a noisy apartment connected to my unit in the front and on the right side, another noisy unit connected to my unit on the left side and another noisy unit connected to my unit in the rear.
THAT'S NOISY UNITS CONNECTED TO MY END UNIT FROM ALL SIDES!
When I complained to the office staff, they told me to move; they cannot even control their noisy tenants and the noise is a violation of the lease agreement. Therefore, I am suing them.
The units look half decent from the outside but beware.
I do not know if this site is going to make me rate Low Pointe apartments, but I am giving this complex a BIG, FAT ZERO.
