Best Community I've Been To!

Best community I have been to yet. They have 1 and 2 bedroom units. Most of them are updated with stainless steel and granite in the kitchens. Updated around the entire place inside and out. It is beautiful. Nothing like it used to be.

    I word of mouth is powerful and I'm here to say don't give into the trickery. The units are full of mice, roaches and mold. The ones you see here are renovated. They keep adding to rent to make up for the lousy budget this company gives this 40 year old complex. Please listen to the reviews and save yourself the hassle, stress and the cave like environment.

      Keep looking. Run down apartments they don't keep up with maint. it takes weeks to fix anything. Outsides looks like its a nice place to live, especially if you drive around the perimeter of the complex. People are trying to get a tenants association going. Unfair practices being done, (see News27 or 21 on line) all they care about is rent being paid, they don't want to do any upgrades or take care of what is old and worn. Office staff can be nice nasty. more nice, i know they have a job to do, but owners are making them look bad with what they say and do and dont do. You never see them. walk in one of the buildings and you will see a small indication how they take care of the INSIDE. It's like when a person is dressed nice, smells good looks good on the outside, but didn't even bathe but they look good. that's this place. NOISY in most buildings. Complain about it, nothing is done, dirt inside hallways, people are paid to clean and they are being robbed, maint. men talk about the tenants and tenants tell each other.         Worst apartment ever!!! They don’t fix anything and the maintenance people suck! They don’t return phone calls the staff is very smart and I’ve had issues for a long time and they still didn’t fix anything wouldn’t recommend at all

          Neighbors play loud music and throw fireworks right out of their sliding door. Called the office they did nothing about it on numerous occasions. Random cars pull up and park right out front playing loud music for hours then they leave. Not picking anyone up or dropping them off. In the winter months there are people living in the back stairwell and under the stairs and property management does nothing a denys they are even there. The walls are and ceilings are falling down around you and they keep upping the rent. Go somewhere else that is not under morgan properties.

            Staff were very helpful upon moving in and made everything straight forward and easy. The one and ONLY downside is that the apartment I live in is heat included. I do not recommend living in this type of apartment, at least not in this complex. Now, im sure it's better if you're not sandwiched between two apartments, but sometimes, even in the dead of winter we find ourselves opening windows and turning on cooling fans since they don't turn the heat off until it starts getting REALLY HOT OUT. When the boilers are on, expect your apartment to be AT LEAST 80 degrees, even overnight when it gets cool. Other than that, there is PLENTY of room for two people in the 1 bedroom apartments, even enough room to have a few guests over. The balconies are on the small side but can fit 2-3 people comfortably. The bathrooms are sufficient, the kitchen has a good amount of space if you know how to use it, and you can fit a small kitchen table next to it. The washer and dryer work well, but they could be bigger for blankets, but just go to a laundromat or someone else's house… See More>

              I lived here for 5 years (2013-2018). The first couple of years were great, but since ownership and management has changed things have gone downhill. There is a larger turn over in the leasing office, where they are rude and unprofessional. Maintenance is slow to respond, sometimes taking a month to fix things. During my last summer, my AC broke 4 times within a 4 week period, leaving me melting during the heat wave for weeks. I have lived in apartments for over 10 years and never had an issue with bugs until my last year of residency. I would call and complain, and I wasn't taken seriously until I began taking pictures and taking a bag of dead bugs over to the leasing office for them to realize it was a problem. They would tell me that the exterminators had been there and didn't find anything, but I would still find bugs a week or 2 after the exterminators were there. I would be on the list every week with still having the same problems. I had to put up with the bugs off and on for 10 months with the exterminators in my home every week. I finally… See More>

                There has been an amazing turnaround due to a new management staff. Common areas and amenities are clean. The clubhouse and pool has been upgraded. The dubious neighbors have moved out. I moved due to a job but I would definitely stay again.

                  I lived here back in 2010 and it was the worst place I have ever lived. I lived on the third floor in a 2 bdrm and constantly had to battle centipedes (and that was the least of it). That winter/spring baby squirrels had made their nest in my wall where the venting unit was. I know because I opened the panel and there they were- baby squirrels. I called maintenance to remove them and patch the hole in the roof that they had entered by. I went on vacation and returned to find that they had left the squirrel nest in my panel but patched the hole so due to the smell I think the poor squirrels died. I felt awful- had I known I would have called animal services or handled it with a few friends myself. About a week or so later I became very very sick- coughing up specs of blood (etc.) unable to breathe and since I dont even have asthma and no history of serious respiratory problems, my doctor was baffled so I was sent to a specialist who figured out it was due to severe air pollutants most likely in my apartment!                       The worst ---- hole I have ever lived in. Had to call maintenance 6 times in 2 and a half months. It took them almost a month to fix a leak in my kitchen ceiling and they left a whole open above the fridge that I could see nasty green and black mold for weeks. The office never calls you back in a timely manor. Don't live there period, unless you like a run down and not well maintained facility.

                          I moved into Eagles Crest a few weeks ago and have had a great experience so far. When I was looking at apartments I had a general idea of what I was looking for and Eagles Crest hit everything on my checklist. What really sold me on Eagles Crest was how personable the staff was. Lisa is wonderful! When I walked in on a Sunday afternoon, she was busy, but she took the time out of her day to give me a tour and sit down with me and answer all of my questions. When she had to help other people who came into the office she new everyone by name and gave them the personalized attention they needed. When I saw how she treated me and everyone who walked in, I knew that I found the right place for me.

                            Most apartments are nicely sized but they are not worth the prices leasing consultants will offer people. The staff are more concerned with their benefits from you signing a lease than accommodating residents with similar pricing through the entire year. Leasing consultants offer one bedroom apartments for the same price as two bedroom and act as if that is reasonable. When you contact representatives with your concerns, they give you the run around. They will say they will return your phone call and do not get back to you at all but are in the office chatting. The customer service is poor.

She was knowledgeable, flexible and truly cared about finding the right fit for me. Since my move-in, she has been available to assist with my settlement in the complex. I am very comfortable in my new apartment and the amenities are great. I give my experience 5 stars. Barry

We were looking at a couple other places in the area but what really sealed the deal for us is our leasing agent Syreeta Searcy! She has been so instrumental in our move.                                   I had a last minute office transfer that forced me to find an apartment to move into in Harrisburg very quickly. In one day I had been to several different apartment complexes and I felt most comfortable and was most impressed with Eagle Crest. From the start, the staff were welcoming and pleasant, and my parents and I were very impressed with how well they treated us. We were able to tour a one bedroom apartment and I was very happy with the hardwood floors, central air, large bedroom, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and more than enough electrical outlets. There is guaranteed parking spaces everyday and 24/7 maintenance who have been very helpful since I moved in. I became a resident of Eagle Crest the first week of September 2016 and I am very happy with my choice. I feel very safe, the complex is very close to multiple highways which makes traveling easy for work, and there is a lot to do in the surrounding areas. I 100% recommend Eagle Crest when looking for a new place to live.

                                    Hello, I have lived at Eagle's Crest since 8/2015 until present! I haven't ever had one bad experience! If I must call my issue is handled immediately! They even call to check a day later to make sure! I moved here in the 1st place because the staff member Syreeta made my family feel safe and welcome! I chose to continually renew my lease because property manager Khadijah has helped my family tremendously! I give Eagle's Crest 100 stars! I have not ever loved an apt so much.

                                      The worst experience I have ever had with a rental property. Less than a week after I moved into my apartment, my heat went out. Ended up with a $149 bill from UGI for a part that had to be replaced and I was told by Eagles Crest Staff that it would be taken care of. Flash forward now to 7 months later and I am still getting a UGI bill in the mail because it wasn't paid. I have given the staff the bill in person 4 times and have also faxed it over once because they keep (misplacing it). Every time I come in, in person I am told that they will let the property manger know and she will be in touch. I call and they take my name and number down again telling me the property manager will get back to me. I still have never even heard this women's voice. They are basically ignoring me because they are incompetent and do not know how to deal with a problem. They do not care about their residents at all.                                         I have lived at Eagle's crest for 4 months now and I must say, this is a great neighborhood to be in. I love my apartment and to top it off, I love my leasing consultant Syreeta Searcy. She have been amazing, from helping me get the apartment and with any issues that I may have. Syreeta is both professional and friendly. She makes sure that maintenance comes in to see me anytime there is problem as soon as possible. I am thankful that I rent at eagle's crest. My leasing consultant makes this journey very easy and encouraging. I will definitely recommend this place as a great community to live in. I also love the fact that I am very close to all the major highways and shopping centers. I absolutely love my 2 bedroom apartment with hardwood floors and a very clean kitchen.                                             I have lived here for 6 years and have for the most part really enjoyed it but lately it is not like it used to be. There is a very beautiful pool that is very nice in the summertime. The property is for the most part well kept. Lately some things have been going downhill though. The maintenance doesn't respond to issues. The office staff are full of empty promises and excuses. I have been waiting for a month for a response to a major maintenance issue. I have spoken with the office staff, office manager, and regional manager about the issue and have not receive a resolution to my problem from anyone, or even a return phone call. I'm not sure what's going on but I hope the complex can return to what it once was.

                                              This place was a mistake, just like the village of Pineford. I moved in six months ago. Even though I put in a safety deposit back in April, the apartment was not ready until May. Long story short, the unit was not ready. I put all the issues, chipping paint, water damage, I can go on and on, on their move in card. They told me the weekend I moved in they would have people over to fix it. I guess a weekend means a few months to these folks because it's near Christmas and I still have these issues plus a horrible neighbor. I told them I want out of my lease because my health is starting to deteriorate from being pissed off all the time. I even have the direct number to the propert manager, but she doesn't pick up and her voicemail is full. Avoid this place like the plague.

                                                If I was someone looking for a decent apartment with good service all around, I wish I would have read a review like this one, before deciding on Eagles Crest.... MORE specifically, Multi-properties Inc. I moved in 3 months ago. This is my first apartment. You get what you pay for, in that your monthly bill covers most of your utilities and the 2 bedroom style is enough space for 2 plus some pets. I am however, very VERY unsatisfied with the maintenance and management here. They tell you, on the first day of moving in, find any problems you see and we will fix them for free. Well, I had a 2 page list of little things that were broken, missing, or just gross. examples: broken marble floor in the bathroom, missing washer and dryer machine buttons, carpet so stained that it was replaced all together, and the air conditioning unit broke twice in the first two weeks I moved in.                                                   I lived here for almost 2 years, and it has turned for the worse. I recently moved out, and the property manager I dealt with when i moved in, showed the same disregard or care as she did when i moved in. i can't tell you the many times and sat on hold and had to hang up waiting for a property manager to take my call. then i found out from my neightbors that maintenance men are stealing from people! also, all the crime that is all over the news with stabbings and robberies, i just had to leave. noise was always a problem but i dealt with it. management was always a problem also but i dealt with it. once i was recommended by the blond haired lady to call corporate since the property manager would never get back to me or i would wait on hold and they were nice but who wants to do that every single issue?! once my safety was jeapordized and my belongings i had to move out. good luck if you live here.
