Ever since the new management company took over the customer service level (and the affordability - rent prices went up $200 or more to over $1,000 for a two bedroom not include water sewer trash which the resident is also in charge of paying) has dramatically decreased because the Apartment manager is spread between the new company's other complexes. The office is no longer open on Saturdays except by appointment or if you get lucky enough that the manager is in. Safety is questionable when residents throw large parties and unhinge the front door that is supposed to be locked at all times and homeless people camp out behind the back buildings and nobody does anything about it. The office staff is horrible doesn't return phone calls or emails. The lease I signed said a security deposit should be returned within one month of move out or surrender of keys ... I didn't get my deposit for 3 months. The only saving grace of this place was that it allowed my cats and it was within walking distance to my job. Oh and brian on the maintenance staff is awesome !! Other than that the place isn't worth it.
