First of all, this google search result says that this place has been permanently closed which is false. This apartment is still in operation. I moved here about 6 month ago. Everything was good as it looked. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful considering it is located right next to a busy intersection. Soon or later, I realized how annoying the kids were in the neighborhood. I don't mind the kids playing outside at the parking lot. But there are kids playing in the stairway and for a person who work till late and try to get some morning sleep, they can be a bit noisy. To make things even worse, make sure to take a look at the creek behind the parking lot. You might think it doesn't do anything to harm you. Recently a lot of residents living there lost their car due to a flood. There were approx. 40 and up cars parked that night. Although is was rainging hard, I didn't think anything was going to happen. Around 4am, my roommate knocked on my door to wake me up. I woke up and took a look at the parking lot. All the cars were completely under water. I have never seen anything like this. I couldn't even find my car because of water. If you don't have comprehensive coverage, forget it. Kiss your car good bye. Don't move here if you want to keep your car. All apartment did about this was to offer free towing. I can't sleep at night everytime it rains. What a nightmare it had been. Oh and by the way, what balconies? you mean the fake one just below the doors?
