Garbage Situation "mounting", Small Dog Owner Beware, Badly lit grounds
After many complaints about the over packing of the front end dumpster, and non returned calls I decided to take pictures of that particular dumpster after a week of use, just to show I am not exaggerating. The smallest dumpster on the site is the most used. I suggested switching positions of that dumpster with the practically unused dumpster towards the back left, But Michelle states that requires authorizations of CIA nature. On to more pressing matters. Whats more pressing than being embarrassed to show friends where you live because of piling garbage or excess dog stool on the lawn? How about the safety of your children and small dogs? Yes Dogs are allowed in Jenkintown Apartments. There is only two rules to this. Pick up after your dog, and your dog can't be of the large, and or dangerous variety . I had to wait five minutes while one owner held back her full grown pit bull. The Dog Bucked and lunged on and was barely controllable. Aside from that I've seen dalmatians, and Shepards. Huge dogs with violent histories. Be for warned. The owners barely have control over these animals. One slip of the leash, and you could very well lose yours. Another situation has arisen where the grounds aren't well lit, and someone was mugged a few days ago. To compound matters, residents continually leave front doors wedged open for family and guests. Doing so leaves the apartments particularly vulnerable as most doors do not have peep holes, and you don't know who's knocking or worst cast who's already in your hallway. The reasoning for the wedged doors mostly stems from the fact that the door bells do not work. Our building in particular has bellwiring hanging out. Don't bother contacting Management. They do not care.Share This Review
