I signed a 13 month lease at The Glen and have just broken my lease to leave after five months. This place is the worst. The apartments are spacious but maintenance is a nightmare. I moved in and both toilets didn't work, the shower head on the shower made a horrible noise, there were some bugs, the blinds were ripped. It wasn't a good first impression. I made a million calls to maintenance during my first few months and then just gave up and lived with the issues (although they did replace both toilets). The service from management was spotty at best. Every week someone left and you had to deal with a new person. The buildings are really in need of an upgrade. If you are going to rent, make sure you are not facing Ridge Avenue -- it is SUPER loud with all the cars and trucks at night - all night. When I broke my lease, despite all my issues with this apartment, I was charged over $5,000 and didn't get my security deposit back. But it was worth it all to move out of there. Not a good place for the price.
