The place and exterior are lovely, apartments themselves are spacious and on the modernised end I'd say. Sound insulation is like 8/10. Overall rating could have been great. Howevere, maintenance is a real nightmare. It takes me to complain about 5 times to get a service done. Sometimes I even get unreasonable responses from the staff e.g. The toilet was replaced because it was dripping and now there's a flooring difference. One response by the manager was: we reached out to the flooring company and there's nothing more we can do! (Bearing in mind they were able to do the whole flooring in less than a week for me to move in), another response was: you asked for the toilet to be replace so we will not change the flooring). Another issue they had two maintenance workers and now they only have one, and there's only so much they can do. My other bathroom is still dripping water and it's been 3 weeks since I complained and nothing is done yet. I have several other cases and heard some from neighbours as well. So again, place is beautiful but maintenance is a nightmare to deal with which is very disturbing to the peace of mind.
