I have never given any bad review to anyone so far but I am forced to this situation today due to the multiple maintainence issues I have been having for the past 4 months or so. None of those have not been addressed in a timely manner partly because they didn't have enough staff in the maintainence department. The other reason is lack of willingness to communicate by the property manager James. He is not capable of addressing or solving the issues in a timely manner. He ignores calls and emails despite multiple attempts. At times he avoids the issue altogether let's his assistant Stephanie to deal with it. But what really amazes me is his abnoxious attitude when you try to address any concerns. He talks down on you as if he is doing you a favor or charity. There are 2 staff members and I have no idea what they are doing a It used to be far better when Alicia was there. It's a shame that they have a manager who is not only incompetent but also unprofessional at the same time.
