The tour looked good, the price looked great, the office gal was friendly. So we rented and as soon as we moved in, the harmony fell apart. We had an electrical problem with the stove first of all which i told the manager about twice in writing over the course of 1 and 1/2 months and still wasn't fixed. It could have started a fire. She NEVER called me back and said they were busy buying other properties. So they don't even take the needs or concerns of their current tennants into thought. She never spoke with me directly or answered my letters. Finally the office gal told me it would be replaced. I thought all was well and the hassle was going to be over with. THey replaced it withouth me there because i thought the maintanence guys were big boys and didn't need supervision. I WAS WRONG. I got home to find a dirt trail on the carpet. Dirt all over the kitchen floor, a gash in the floor and black marks i still cant get removed. I went to the bathroom and found that the guy took a dump in the toilet and didn't flush it as well as moved all the hand towels. HOW RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. i next went to get a snack in the closet the circuit breaker was in and found all my snack foods and cereal boxes knocked over and some on the floor. Guess they don't know how to clean up after themselves. What a lousy, rude, unprofessional apartment complex. I will never ever rent from here or a related company again.
