The apartments are spacious, unique in design, and have lots of natural light. I've found the office staff friendly and helpful. When I've had a maintenance issue, it has been addressed very quickly. Overall, I really like it.

I absolutely love this community. From the move in process, to the communication with staff, everything has been near perfect. The units are not absolutely huge but they give a cozy yet modern feel. I'll be renewing at the end of my lease for sure.

Overall good and comfortable. All of the apartments are spacious and get a lot of natural light from tue giant windows. My wife and I live in a two bedroom with our two small dogs and this is more than enough space for us.

The management (Paradise Management) are absolutely awful! Community near by is nice. The grounds are maintained poorer and poorer everyday. Nothing is ever fixed. A lot of the doors dont close all the way and people can just walk right in.

overall it has been positive experience.sofar. Level of noise in the apartment from ajacing unit and window's isolation are the major issues. roof leeking is another major concern. the latest does not require any structural improovemnts, therefore should be taken care off fairly easy
