This complex is not too bad, I guess it all depends on what building you live in. This place bases your rent on your income and other factors. There is sometimes a waiting list. I waited a couple of months and got in. They require one months rent, and security and be prepared to move right away, once a unit becomes available they go quick. Seem's like you have no time to get your affairs in order once they offer you an apt. The parking is an absolute NIGHTMARE! There is NO ample parking, not enough spaces for the amount of tenants here. I wish they would assign one space per tenant but they won't.

They have a nice playground and an awesome pool, the membership is free (unlike other Apt. complexes where you have to pay for a season pass). It's not lit too well at night either and the trash trucks make so much noise - 3X a week in the wee hours of the morning, the dumpsters are right outside the Apt. bedrooms. The ground is landscaped nice, lots of flowers. The laundry room is really nice and well kept. So I would reccomend, if your trying to get ahead and save money or if your going through a divorce ect.... It's basically the cheapest place to live. But be prepared to go through a tough screening process and you must meet their income requirements. I am glad they do that so "undesirables" and "druggie low lifes" don't infest this rather nice place.
