never really had a prob.maintenance fixes fast. not really noisy. u can hear ur neighbors on top of u though. lot of lil kids outside so u have to like kids. management nice, friendly. lots of activites here and after school program. big laundry facility and playground. grounds kept nice, snow removal decent. lots of lights outside.<br>parking is alright, not bad
