The apt are not in the best shape lots of old appliances. I have water damage throughout my apt when it rains maintenance only comes and applies primer then leaves it takes two maintenance men to do the work of one. Management is a joke! If you have a good rapport with the staff then lucky you you can do and get almost anything done. Everybody else has to wait. parking horrible, laundry ok, playground and pool nice. Drug dealers, sexual predators, and felonys live here.
