Community is fairly quiet main issue is neighbors smoke and my apartment reeks of cigarette smoke no matter what I do even had open windows in the winter due to the smell. Have bad allergies that cause me issues due to the situation.

The staff has been wonderful. The property manager actually cares if your unit is up to par and if you are happy. Any issue I've had was promptly addressed. The only drawback for me is the paper-thin walls and a few obnoxiously loud neighbors.
