I have lived here since 2015 at the time I began retirement. I cannot imagine myself living anywhere else. Everything that I want is here, and it is a pretty extensive list! It includes a competent and caring Management Team and maintenance staff; an attractively well-maintained clean and landscaped property with mature shade trees; amenities like on-site laundry facilities, gym, in-ground pool and assigned parking; thoughtfully functional apartment layouts, especially for the one-bedroom apartments, that include a walk-in closet and dressing room and large, 6 1/2' x 26' verandas; a location that opens onto both Woodbourne Road and Bristol-Oxford Valley Road, and which is close to emergency and medical facilities, shopping, library, restaurants; and an ongoing commitment on the part of the owners to continue to develop and maintain the property.
