The apartments 1 and two bedroom are wonderful sized. The balcony/patios are also large and semi-private. Children are not allowed to play outdoors in green space, there is no playground. Maintenance is prompt but not effective. They do a halfway job at fixing issues. Management is friendly but you get the sense that Kamson Corporation constrains actual preventive and or thorough maintenance and upkeep of property and apartments.
