Pros: The location and people. Cons: #1 Poor Construction Which is the fault of The Bozzuto Group & Cornerstone Communities of Villanova, Pa. The smartest move these two companies made was to sell the complex a year after opening, they knew there was trouble ahead. Overall the finishings are fine, but the lack of execution regarding the foundational construction shows up everywhere. For example: How many times has your car been covered with limestone/cement in the parking garage when it rains? Four. How many months since the fire pit has work? 9 months still broken... Waiting on a part from nowhere. #2 Korman Management When you say you're going to do something... Do it. Either the management is incompetent or lacks the empowerment to make changes or investments. For example... The landscaping company managing the grounds is terrible, noticed a guy mowing an elevated flower bed with a lawn mower yesterday. Good thing his mower broke before he did more damage, as his supervisor watches and ok's the work. Another example, the trees in front of the building are all dead, been months and still no change by Korman. Only promises, we need results. #3 Ownership: Stoltz I would be embarrassed with the product I currently offer, which shows up in the voice of customer the residents are so willing to share. Eventually, competition will arrive and your lack of investment and responsiveness will show up in the bottom line. Good luck and hopefully you make changes before it's to late.
