It's okay. The place is nice. Rent for a two-floor, two-bedroom town home is reasonable. Surrounded by a quaint community. Only problem is the smoking... and we are non-smokers. We have neighbors on both sides of our townhouse who smoke in their homes, and the cigarette smoke gets into our house. We can smell it in literally every room. And it's not pleasant that every time I come home I'm welcomed with a nice aroma of cigarette smoke. What really irritates me is that the smell is so bad in our downstairs bathroom that I choke and cough every time I'm near the bathroom. It's gotten to the point that I refuse to use it and we keep the door shut all the time, or else the smell permeates to the whole bottom floor. We're also getting cigarette smoke in our clothes since the smell comes into our master bedroom closet. We've been living here for five months and have gone to management AT LEAST EIGHT times about it. We've tried everything we could to fix this problem, and we've been patient with management as they've been trying to figure this out as well, but nothing can be done. We're assuming the smoke is coming through the pipes and vents -- most likely a design flaw that circulates air from other homes. Again, we've been here for five months and we already want to move out.
