Wow, where do I start? I had to sleep with headphones, the flooring is extremely thin, the builder didn't bother to put in barriers under their "new" hardwood floor. The property manager thinks she is above the law. Upon renewal, my lease went up by $200 and I wasn't notified of this hike until 2 weeks prior to the expiration of my lease. Being right next to the highschool, the students are doing things they are not supposed to in the bushes. Law enforcement is always on site responding to "issues", the gates are always open, my vehicle was amongst many vandalized, the apartment is crap and very outdated, I changed all the lighting myself, painted every wall and installed my own stainless steel appliances to make it presentable. For the price they want this place is not worth it. If you ignore this warming and rent here, you will be sorry. I got smart and moved elsewhere. Providence High school is not worth all the misery at Providence Court Apartments
