Every bad review is true! I work as a professional office and residential cleaner so I know my apartment was spotless when I moved out and I was told they are keeping my security deposit and want more?! The apartments are made so cheaply and are falling apart. Dogs are running around unleashed and crapping all over the place! Wish I read the reviews before ever moving in but at the time I didn't have many options being from out of the area. Once we went month to month rent jumped up and we were charged $100's to find out they screwed up and were charging us the wrong amount but still made us pay! Renters beware!!

Every story has two sides and, as we know in life, everyone has a different level of cleaning.
When our new residents move into an apartment they are very pleased with the clean move-in condition they receive the apartment, as you would have at your move-in inspection. That is why if an apartment isn't cleaned when a resident moves out, the resident will pay for cleaning out of their security deposit, which is clearly explained in our Lease Agreement. This policy is also clearly explained during a showing of the apartment, again explained at the Lease signing, and again outlined in the move-out packet, which is given to each resident upon turning in their notice to vacate, and they also receive a cleaning checklist.
I do know for a fact that we have never charged anyone wrong rent and have only kept security deposits when a resident left an apartment in poor condition. I totally trust our team to transform the apartment back into move-in condition for the next resident, and when this happens charges for the damages are assumed by the vacating resident that caused the damage,
I wish you all the best in the future....
Sincerely,
