I have lived here for 3 years and I used to really love it. Everything was very shiny and nice when we moved in. Now that I've lived here for a while I have a very different opinion. The materials in the apartment are very low quality. The paint comes off the walls very easily and becomes discolored with the slightest touch. If a strawberry touches the countertops even for a few seconds it turns pink. The carpet is still shedding synthetic fibers after three years and I've broken two vacuums trying to keep up with it. We have several very obnoxiously loud neighbors and despite complaints to management, one of their friends just moved in. There are cathedral ceilings in the second floor apartments and washers and dryers in the basements. Despite these perks, overall it is not a good place to live. We are looking forward to moving out.
