I have to admit, although it seems I canâ??t make a decision without a thorough search of every online review I can find, I am very rarely the one to take the time write one. I felt compelled to write this review to let everyone in on this surprisingly well kept secret â?? Selma Estates continues to be above and beyond the best rental experience I have ever had! I know what you are thinking, how can you trust that my best rental experience will be your best? Well, let me preference by saying that I have lived in 9 different rental properties in the last 10 years in Dayton Ohio, Pittsburgh PA, London England, Boston Mass, Ardmore PA, and now currently my husband and I are entering our 3rd year at Selma Estates in Norristown (or Jeffersonville for the locals). To get to the point, I will share my top 3 things that make this place great: (1) best Mexican in the greater Philadelphia area (authentic and cheap); (2) key words: central air for cooling and heating = temperature control and consistent utility bills, tons of storage, open floor plan, high ceilings, GARAGE, washer/dryer that actually work, dish washer, your choice of 3 internet/cable providers, PETS ALLOWED, benefits of newer construction (tons of 3 prong outlets, noise canceling windows/walls, multiple fire and smoke safety devices- which lowered our renters insurance by the way AND we never lost power during hurricane Sandy...); (3) absolute best property management â?? I have countless stories of that shows the character, efficiency and responsiveness of the management team at Selma Estates (my favorite is when we got a new dishwasher without any struggle at all), they treat you the way they would want to be treated; Guaranteed you will not find another rental property with this many amenities at this price within the greater Philadelphia area, aka without heading deep into the rural neck of the woods of Montgomery and Chester County. All I have left to say is, thanks Selma Estates â?? especially Scott â?? for making the prospect of buying a house more difficult because I am now too spoiled to want to leave!!
