I always end up having issues occur. The maintenance team works well but the book keeping team is always delayed, the valet trash that is mandatory to pay for rarely gets picked up on time, the front desk usually has an attitude when calling, I have a few floor mates who have issues with roaches and mice (this was noticed in a lot of apartment buildings),the apartment has lots of great space but my closet doors have fallen off multiple times and the flooring has areas that are missing whenever there is a corner. I liked the apartment a lot when it first moved in because of the price and the space but then soon realized why the space is so cheap bc of all the things you have to deal with here.

    I believe that people must be paid to leave some of these because this experience was nothing I expected it to be. The people in the front office are great if you get the right person. When I moved in I was excited even spoke about possible mice issues since I had heard that before and was assured that would not be an issue it had been handled expect mice are def inside my building. The floor plan and spacing is great but thats about it. The leasing staff also makes sure to block most peoples comments and only post on the "wall" what they feel needs to be seen by other residents instead of allowing it to be a free platform to express the issues here at Chestnut Hill Village. Honestly the leasing team is the worst I have dealt with along with the fact that bills also increased out of nowhere and CHV did not feel the need to disclose the information as to why this happen. All I know is this my lease is up in the next two months and I WILL NOT BE RENEWING this place has been horrible and Im glad that I will soon be out. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone unless you only want something that looks nice but in reality is ------.
