I had no idea that when I walked into this apartment that I would be walking into the slums. When I first step foot in this apartment I was very excited I thought this was a cute little apartment that would work for me. Close & great connections to transportation, close to work, shopping stores not far, easy accessible to get to just about anywhere in the city. Great location for seeing the ski lining of the city, then you come in your apartment to hear everything that is going on in the next apartment. Boyfriend & baby momma's fighting while the baby is screaming. Other tenants in the hallways ready to fight because the people in the above apartment are stumping on the floors. Or playing their music loud or at lease it seems like it s loud because they have the speakers on the hardwood floors. Oh, speaking about the floors. I thought the hardwood floors were beautiful when I first walked in, now I think carpeted would serve its purpose. Could possibly drown out some of the noise. As another person said in their rating about the door. This is so true; I explained to the manager that I felt that someone had tried to get into my apartment because my top lock was jammed. It took them four days to fix. Have a list of repairs that I m still waiting to get fixed. The only thing the manager seems to be concern with is just getting the rent money. I have water leak over two of my windows whenever it rains or if the tenant above me turns on their air conditioner. In my smoke detector is always going off due to the fact that my exhaust fan over my stove do not work and they are aware of that.
