Please please please if you are considering renting an apartment here read and consider the advice in this review. I read the reviews before I signed a lease and thought people who wrote a negative review were just disgruntled unhappy people. I only wish I wouldve listened. Let me start with listing a few good things, our apartment is a very nice size and good layout, needs major updating tho, sixties style kitchens, ample parking usually, maintenance was not the best workmanship but came out same or next day. I've never had a problem with the office staff but unfortunately they can't make changes that really need to be done. The ownership is too cheap to put the money back into the important things that really need to be done. The hallways and carpet are disgusting, I never have anyone over because the walk to my door is embarrassing. A little paint and new carpet would go a long way, raise the rent but don't see the money being put back into the building! The lobby door is broken a lot and inconsiderate people not closing it leaves the random bum or thief full access to the whole building! Cockroaches are a major problem in this building, I have killed many in our hallway and lately in our apartment because they are getting underneath the door. We are clean hardworking people and cockroaches FREAK me out!!! Overall I would not recommend this place, the bad outweighs the few good things. Please take this into consideration before committing your hard earned money to this place.
