Im glad you are overall happy other then landscaping which is not done by our in-house staff. I know the manger walks around and makes sure its clean to the best of her ability, so we try our best with what we are working with. This is a very quiet and friendly community. The neighbors generally keep to themselves and clear excessive trash when maintenance isn't available. We have trouble with people who walk their dogs on the property and with outside people who use's the dumpsters. See More
