The experience here is just OK. You'll feel like a renter. The building's amenities are fairly basic. No fancy gym or souped-up office facilities for meetings with clients or teams. The apartments are fine, with lower-end appliances that work fine. The carpet seems to be lower-end/cheaper, but I'm not a carpet master. If things break, the management team is decent about fixing things eventually. Noise transfer between apartments is something of an issue. And smells do seem to easily move from one apartment to another, thanks to a ventilation woes during certain times of the year. Building staff are sometimes difficult to reach. Not as responsive to requests as other buildings, maybe because they work for a larger management company and have a lot of workload on their plates. Some parts of the building get too much sunlight, so the electricity bills can be very high to cool off the large volumes of air in each unit. Rents are a little high compared to the facilities, appliances, and quality of other spaces in the nearby area. The building is in a quieter area surrounding by commercial buildings whose tenants are nowhere to be found after 8pm or so, so it can feel unsafe to walk home at night, if you're female. The crime rate in this area doesn't seem to be higher than anywhere else.
