Overall happy with my experience at Manchester. Pretty quiet community. Management has addresses any concerns in a timely manner and all my experiences with maintenance have been positive. I would definitely refer this apartment unit to family/friends/etc.

The front office staff and very understanding and professional. Desiree the property manager is always helpful and resolves problems immediately. The maintenance crew are attentive and effective. I love living in this community just wish the apartments were designed a little bit bigger.

Mr Hogan you are correct, last winter the pipes did break in that laundry room because there was no heating source at all until Maintenance installed a baseboard heater. So there was damage to the ceiling tiles that we had to replace and then we painted the entire laundry room after that. We are not aware of a stabbing on the property, everyone has their own hot water heater in the unit so there shouldn't be any issue with water pressure and we have no work orders on that issue. In addition you never put a work order in for that during your residency. Soot from Septa we do not know of this issue either, the bus stop is outside of 5 building and that is where you lived but I don't know how fumes would go in the building and we have no open complaints on this issue either. Only you and 5 other residents have keys to the front and middle doors here and everyone has to pull them closed because all of Welsh Road has a key to the back for the Laundry room and we post signs for resident's to pull them closed. You also didn't pay your October rent , you left 09/30/2014 and your lease went to 10/31/2014 and just dropped the keys in our drop box and left us to figure out what apt. they belonged to. You are in collection so we understand why you would post this. We have a 92% rating at Manchester, and we are sorry you had issues in your apartment good luck in the future, and pay your debt the number is 877.324.7265 so your credit isn't affected. Thank you.
