Great Manager and great service would happily tell friends to move here, all problems are always dealt within courtliness and in a friendly manner. The neighbor is nice as are the people. Thin walls are the only problem I see, its hard to have friends or family over without disturbing neighbors because I always hear other peoples friends, but everyone is respectful, which makes it easy to live here.
