The apartment, though clean, was outdated. For the most part we enjoyed living there. Just like anything anywhere things break down. I never had a problem getting maintenance to do the repairs in a timely fashion. However, the problem came when it was time to move out. I left the place ---- and span clean, but because no one does a walk through when you leave the management office tried to charge me close to $400. for fees alleging the place was a mess and even sent the bill to a collection company. The collector offered me a deal and became angry like I owed him money when I refused to pay. Lucky for me I took pictures the day I left of every area in the apartment including inside the stove and closets and saved my carpet cleaning receipt as proof that I cleaned the apartment. So be careful when you leave and document. Also save all receipts maintenance leave when they do repairs. That was the scarey part. If you have no proof you could be forced to pay money you don't owe. Whose checking the place when you leave if a walk thru isn't required? I left on a Thursday so there was no weekend delay. Their integrity is questionable.(the company).
